The conveyancers have now heard back from the lender regarding the deed of substituted security, and should be in touch with you today to pass on the required information. 

1. It would be great if you could check in on the progress of this application at the end of today, and let me know if the conveyancers have replied in full as requested. 

2. As per the supporting information I submitted via the online contact form, we are dealing with very challenging medical circumstances in the family at present, so if there is anything that can be done to accelerate the processing of this application, we would be very grateful.
