Help needed as solicestor wont get back to me.

Hi i have sold my new build house and the land registey was expidited 2nd june. ive tried to many times but my solicestor wont give me any info , my buyer will pull out of sale if it takes much longer, ive attach plan the green section is mine and title plan number is on there so its been half done as i got this off land registry basically i owned next door build house in garden then split deeds.please can anyone give me a update .

Hi Gavin - the application is still with us but we are waiting for the solicitor to respond to our request for more information on 25th June. You will need to pursue your solicitor to confirm and clarify what's still required. If they are unresponsive please escalate it within the firm as appropriate TT191460

hi Adam thanks so much for reply , ive sent this to solicester if they dont answer in few days i will put full complaint in with there companys and hopefully someone will sort it, Is there anyway of telling what imformation is needed on the 25th.If no one from solicesters gets back to me is there any option for another firm to help me regards gavin.

Hi Gavin - you need to pursue it with your solicitor to confirm specific details. If you appoint a new one to act your existing solicitor will need to confirm that with us themselves so again escalating it with your current solicitor is the way forward.

hi adam ive emailed rang solicester still no reply so ive emailed there complaints department. hopefully they get back to me soon. ive noticed on land registry search few things have changed there is 31 goldfinch and 2 lots of land adjoinimg. just wondering if they have replied to you and just not let me know. thanks for help regards gavin ive attached latest title plan

hi adam ,im still unable to get hold of my solicotor , 20 plus unaswered emails and calls, i took it higher in company but had no reply , even my estate agent has been on to them with no reply, just naking sure there no changes etc and how to i go about allowing another firm to help me. regards gavin.

Hi Gavin - that's not good news. If you appoint a new firm to act for you we will need the existing one to confirm that as well. The specific solicitor appears to be a Mr R Downs.

hi adam ive still not be able to contact solicester, but ive noticed a change on land registry 31 goldfinch is now on there which i sold 2nd april which is up to date. ive attached title plan , so does that mean mine will be done soon 31a . regards gavin.

Hi Gavin - I have replied to your message in the absence of my colleague. We are still waiting for a response from the solicitors on your application. Any progress on the registration being completed depends on them resolving our queries.

Thanks adam , im just going to ring them every hour tday see if i can get anywhere, one question if i managed to get solicester just to add control of this to me then i could give you info etc , i build the house etc , done plans for solicester etc is there anyway this is possible , i was going to submit paperwork myself but though bettet get solicester but wish i had done myself now. regards gavin.

Gavin - for you to take over the application we would need the conveyancer to confirm that directly with us. If they did that then you can take over and deal with the requests as appropriate

there is no mortgage involved i own outright .

hi adam ive just had solicestor assure me that they have put note on system so im allowed to contact you supply info etc. and told me about bit on plan that needs anmending etc. hope sonething has come through your end. best gavin.
