Gavin - nothing as yet. There's no issue with contacting us at any time but if you are going to take over the application and deal with the request the conveyancer needs to confirm and approve that. Namely they no linger act for you. If they are still going to act for you and you also respond you may over-complicate matters unnecessarily for the casework team trying to process the application. Dealing with matters through this forum won't change the application itself or how that's dealt with TT191460

thanks adam i think im going to give my current solicestor a little longer, before i take over , i did send them tday a revised 31a title plan and other info you requested which they said they would forward to you. hopefully tday . Hi adam ive rang solicestor again and they said they have sent revised title plan and proof eds1 that mortgage is clear. Sorry for keep asking im litterally on verge if my buyer pulling out of sale. as solicestor cant do anything until 31a is registered. regards gavin.

Thanks adam , on plan on tried to make it easier. basically i owned all of plan K826930. then sold some 2nd april with is TT191400. 31 goldfinch . Now i want whats left to all be all TT191460. 31a goldfinch. hope that helps regards gavin

Gavin - all noted and appreciated but there's nothing we can do re that detail on the forum. It's all down to the conveyancer to ensure that they have applied correctly and with the correct supporting information to achieve what it is you want them to achieve. If they haven't the casework team will contact them as appropriate

hi adam totally understand, one thing ive ask my solicestor to check if i cancelled the TT191460. Then K826930 would just be land adjoining 31 goldfinch and sell that ,then do first registration then timeframe does not matter. If that makes sense or is even possible regards gavin

Gavin - there are always alternative options but what you or I think might work may not for a buyer or their mortgage lender. Again very much something to discuss with your own conveyancer and/or the buyer to see what they can or can't do as an alternative.

Gavin - the casework team have gone back to the conveyancer (5th Aug) so hopefully there is something for you and them to discuss and decide on next steps.

hi adam hope your well any news yet, i spoke to solicestor, they said its just one query you need answered but they didnt tell me what, only they will sort it. i really wish i done it my myself all i wanted was my own land split as plan i sent them and copy of easement convenats that was on 31 to 31a.
