Morning Mark - we haven't received the OS report yet from the survey. The casework team will chase that up
Until we get that report and the findings are considered I can't be definitive re timescales other than it will be processed asap
HD629217

Hi, So I have just spoken to someone on the phone about this, the title which has been split has the wrong boundary, very slightly.

On the phone the man said it would be done within 10 days, (we are due to exchange in 2 weeks) and email the details over. I have done this and now had a response saying it may take up to 20 days to hear back. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark - I'll flag it with the support team to escalate it but I can't be definitive re timescales from here as that's not within my gift
HD629217

Hi, We have now resubmitted this. The application was received today. Are we again able to expedite this service please? The house sale is going to fall through if not completed by the 14th of July. Thanks, Mark
