Hi,
this application has been on going for 2 and a half years, we've had some progress over the last few weeks but I am just chasing to confirm that the ordnance Survery request has gone in. I was told it was going to be sent off last week, but I just wanted to confirm that is the case, as we're selling the property on behalfof my Mother in Law whos health has taken a negative turn.
Thanks, Mark

And also, my mother in laws phone number is on the initial title deed application, if OS contact her to arrange a date, she will not answer the phone, so if possible, if they do have to contact someone to arrange a time to come out, that they can contact me?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark - I'll check with the casework team to ask for an update. Letters re the OS visit would be issued by post with instructions as appropriate for the recipients to make the necessary arrangements with OS
Let's see what the casework team confirm first though with regards who such letters are to go to

That's great. She will look at her post so that won't be an issue. An update would be brilliant. Thanks

Hi, I just wanted to check if you have now received the feedback from Ordnance Survey visit? Also how long is it usually from once you have got the info back until the title is issues?

Thanks,
Mark

Morning Mark - we haven't received the OS report yet from the survey. The casework team will chase that up
Until we get that report and the findings are considered I can't be definitive re timescales other than it will be processed asap

Hi Adam,
just checking in again. Is there any update?

Also if possible are you able to give me the details of the case officer who called me just before the Land Ordnance survey were instructed.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi, So I have just spoken to someone on the phone about this, the title which has been split has the wrong boundary, very slightly.

On the phone the man said it would be done within 10 days, (we are due to exchange in 2 weeks) and email the details over. I have done this and now had a response saying it may take up to 20 days to hear back. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Thanks, Mark
