Yesterday I have received a letter telling me that my application will be cancelled on 7 March.
Just few days before I received this letter, I called customer support to confirm that nothing is missing. She replied me on phone and email "We have received your reply to our requisition, which will be considered by a caseworker." And told me not to worry, my application would not be cancelled.
I have no idea what is happening, my solicitor replied on 2nd January. Could you reconfirm the status of my application please? Why my application will be cancelled even you have received our reply?

Nicola - I can see your email/phone contact has been shared with the casework team so will see what they are going to respond with and will come back to you once known.

Hi Nicola - I am advised that the application should be completed today and a letter explaining what has happened issued 
It seems that the contact with the solicitors involved had become complex but hopefully things have now been resolved
