Yesterday I have received a letter telling me that my application will be cancelled on 7 March.
Just few days before I received this letter, I called customer support to confirm that nothing is missing. She replied me on phone and email "We have received your reply to our requisition, which will be considered by a caseworker." And told me not to worry, my application would not be cancelled.
I have no idea what is happening, my solicitor replied on 2nd January. Could you reconfirm the status of my application please? Why my application will be cancelled even you have received our reply?
