Adverse Possession Claim

Hi, We are waiting for the completion of an adverse possession claim, for title number CH280940. The notice period is due to end today (I believe at 12). Is it possible to get an update on whether any objections have been received to date, and if not, the timeline for the title to be updated? We have very tight timelines due to a mortgage offer expiring this month.

Hi Lewis - nothing showing as yet but the case doesn't reveal all re responses etc. The casework team will review all contact channels after today to see if we have received any objections or corres on the case. After that they will review the case and if all in order hopefully complete it in good time CH747238 (prov title re claimed land)

Thank you for your response! It's really appreciated. Do you have a rough indicative timeframe of when the new title document would be available assuming no objections tomorrow? (Just a ballpark is fine)
