URGENT HELP NEEDED - DT465715

Hello, 

The process of our deed DT465715 which is to remove the lease hold and change freehold was supposed to be complete yesterday, for us to exchange contracts today and complete on Monday. 

If we do not get this confirmed change done by 4pm today then we lose the house we have purchased. 

Can someone please urgently help?
