expedition application of our flat

Due to remortgaging of our property, our mortgage lender asked us Land Registry documents of our flat. Our solicitor applied for the expedition. I would like to learn the application's status, if there is any delay or not, since the timing is very crucial for us.

The seller's title is a very busy one with competing priorities. As such there's rarely an instant fix re such matters but you will have to wait a little longer for an update

That will either be later today or tomorrow morning
