Hello HMLR team, My flat is in the process of being sold, contract exchange is imminent, my solicitor advises that he has a case in place to 'amend' my surname to be my correct full 'hyphenated' surname on the title deed TGL194264. Would you advise please: 1 - Case progress? 2 - Can I double check it is already an 'expedited' case? 3 - Do you require any further documentation or records from myself or my solicitor to assist in progressing this matter out please? Contract exchange is imminent. My Solicitors has kindly advised he is awaiting for a response from HMLR. For me, wanting to check if there is anything at all I can provide information on in the meantime?

Hello Bart - TGL194264 - X333FKV - they submitted the application on 19th May. It's waiting to be processed and if there's an urgency they/you need to request expedition https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expedite
