Hello HMLR team, My solicitor advises that he has a case in place to amend my surname to be my correct hyphenated surname on the title deed TGL194264. Would you advise please: 1 - Date the case was raised 2 - Case progress 3 - is it an 'expedited' case 4 - is it still possible to expedite it please The property is in the process of sale, solicitors are working on it. I don't have transparency / progress on this matter from my solicitor other than he confirms he is chasing it up. And the EDRS Estimated Completion Date on my solicitors system shows 15th October 2026. That late, it will cause the sale to fall through.
