Fees for gifting to daughter

Hi there - My dad is now the sole owner of his house there is no mortgage he wants to gift half of the house to me no money is being paid for this we have completed TR1 can you please advise if there is additional forms to complete. The value of the house is in the region of £200k I calculate the fee to be £70 is this correct please.

The registration fee is payable under Scale 2 on half the current market value.
And it's a postal application
Complete panel 4 of the form AP1 to refer to 'Full market value £X' and pay the appropriate fee
