Fees For Transfer of Whole Title

Good afternoon, I’m completing AP1 TR1 and id1 x2 as transferring property from joint to single name. As there is no money changing hands is the fee £100 as the value of the property is listed as £263000 in section 4 of AP1. Thanks

Hi Nimish do you mean £70 as half the value is £131500?
