Identifying correct fee category for AP1 transfer by way of gift

Hello, I'm completing forms TR1 and AP1 in order to add my husband to the deeds for our home (currently in my name only). No money is changing hands, so on form AP1 in section 4 I have written 'transfer by way of gift'. When it comes to calculating the relevant fees, is the correct category in the hmlr fee calculator 'transfer of whole by value'? Thank you.
