AP1

Hi I am filling from AP1 I need some help:

Case: Wife husband gifting  100% of jointly owned freehold with no morgage to son.
We are using no conveyancer

1)  do I need ID1 for  Transfree as well as  transferors?
2) I believe that I will use Scale postal fees,
2)I need AP1 as well as TR1 am I right,
3) We have a copy of dead only what do we send to them
4) It is strange that TR1 does not have transferors address. What do I do?
 

Hi Bahri - 1) yes, identity verification for all three of you
2) Scale 2 on the full market value and postal option only
3) Forms AP1 (application form) and TR1 (Transfer deed) required - correct
4) We don't need any copy of the 'deed', namely the register which we hold electronically. We don;t need any old deeds either
5) The TR1 requires the names of the Transferors only and not their addresses.

Question:

I do not live in the property being transferred. TP1 In section 7 I gave  my current address.

In section 9: 4 options, which one do I need to thick?

a)  the address of the property (where this is a single postal address)

b) the address(es) for service from the transfer/assent

c) (for existing proprietors who are remaining in the register) the current address(es) for service in the register

d)  the following address(es):

Bahri - tick the box that applies to which contact address is required. It's often easier to tick one and then add the address/details as required
You can add an overseas telephone number 
Correct re dating TR1 when it is complete
Panel 10 - correct
Panel 11 - correct or just leave it blank 

Thanks a lot.One more question: We are both transferng 100% equity zero value. We have ID 1's for Transferors ,do we need a ID1 for transferee I was told than since no money is involving ID1 is not needed. Thanks in advance.

You need to have all identities verified, including the Transferee

Question: Before posting last check. I am including envelope
               1) TR1 and AP1 forms.
               2) ID1 for all Transferors and Transferee
               3)  Cheque  for 145£   Is it possible to confirm Postal option, Gift, Scale II,        
                   Value 700000£

Question: In TP1 section 9: (For address )I only put a tick for Other Adresses and entered address we use for all of us( we live in the same property) and entered individual mail addresses.
Is it OK?

Question: We have another property again freehold joint owned by me and wife I want to gift entire share to my wife.          I believe that  process is the same I will sue TR1, AP1 and scale II am I correct?

Question: Can I send two application in one envelope in different folders. Having one set of ID documents?

Bahri - all correct and you can send both applications with shared ID1s - just ensure that the forms all cross refer to one another so the case records confirm shared ID forms

Hi Adam;

There is a problem. Section 12 ID1 there is a digit problem in one of the titles.
Instead of ending 99 it is ending with 89. Can we pu our initias and insert the correct one.
