AP1 form : panel 4

hi, im trying to transfer my property title from the bank to my name in panel 4 of the AP1 form, what category does my property fall under, what fees do i have to pay and finally what category do I click under, when using the free calculator on gov.uk website ?

Hi Mamoun - it would be unusual for your bank to be transferring your property to you. Can you clarify what it is that's being applied for please - have you paid off the mortgage perhaps?

yes I can confirm I paid off my mortgage fully

Mamoun - many thanks. So the mortgage is still registered. If you've paid it off then the lender needs to apply to remove the mortgage (legal charge) from the register. No transfer occurs or is needed
