Forms and fees required

HI 
My wife has a 2nd property which is in her name alone. She now wishes to put it into our joint names as a gift .
Can you please tell me what forms are needed and what fees are required?
I have completed form AP1 as we will be joint tenants.

Hi Rory - she would need to transfer the whole of the legal title to the two of you. Form AP1 is the application form and you would also need a form TR1 and forms ID1/ID3 as appropriate for each of you
The fee is payable under Scale 2 on half the current market value
