Paying fees from Spain

Hi. We're currently living in Spain and need to make a change to our deeds (transfer).<br> We've prepared the paperwork but don't have a checkbook nor can we send a postal order from Spain. Is there an alternative to these?<br> <br> Many thanks.

Hi Roberto - You can pay by International Bankers Draft drawn out in favour of 'HM Land Registry' in GB Pounds Sterling.&#160;&#160;<br> <br> Alternatively, you can submit the application to change the register and include a covering letter explaining that you are unable to pay fees by Cheque.&#160; We will then contact you and provide a link through which you can pay the fees by a Credit / Debit Card.&#160;<br> <br> I hope this helps.&#160;
