Im looking for clarification on what forms and fees I need to pay, and looking for help.
My father in law and his son jointly own a property of approx value £420,000. There is no mortgage and my father in law wants to remove his son off the deeds.

I believe I need to fill in an AP1, TR1 and ID1 form but struggling to understand which fee is required. Thanks!

Abby - if the transfer by the two of them to just the one is for no monies then the registration fee is payable under Scale 2 on half the current market value - HM Land Registry: Registration Services fees - GOV.UK
