Form ID1

I am the executor of a will and will inherit a property. I have completed Forms AS1 and AP1. Do i have to complete Form ID1 and pay a solicitor to verify the ID or can i just send AS1 and AP1 along with the grant of probate and copies of my ID?

Sharon - you will need your identity verified and if using a form ID1 you will need a conveyancer to complete the verification for you. You then submit the completed form ID1 with your application
