TR1 form - from 1 property management company to new property management company

Muhammad - if you are transferring the whole of a registered title or multiple titles then it would be a TR1<br> However if you are transferring part of a registered title or titles then form TP1 would be used.&#160;<br> So the key Q for you is are the communal areas all registered under one or multiple titles and whichever it is are you transferring the whole or part

Can we submit the form online ?and what is the fee for TR1 . VALUE OF LAND IS £1 POUND&#160;
