Home rights removal

Hi,

Not sure if I this is the right place.

In the process of buying a house, I have been told that the form to get this removed, was expedited over a week ago. What are the current timescales for this sort of thing?

Hi M Iss - expedition generally means an application is considered within 10 days of the request being approved
However expedition is not an automatic switch as the registration requirements still have to be met and/or if there are other application(s) against the same title then timescales can be stretched

Apparently HMLR acknowledged receipt on the 13th of this month. 

Hopefully should hear something in the next few days. 

This has been going on for 6 months!

Hi M Iss - receipt of the expedite request? If so then approval then usually follows a couple of days later
