Form and guidance please

Hi, my Step father has passed. He owns a 50% share in his mothers house as tenants in common. I am the executor of his will and I have got probate. I need to change the deeds from his name in to my brothers and mine still along side his mum. Could you please tell me what forms I need to complete to do this please. Thank you.

Hi Michelle - if the legal ownership is to be transferred then it would be for his Mum to transfer the whole of the legal ownership to herself and the new joint owners.
