Tenants in Common - RX1 and SEV - both parties agree - which form?

Good Morning - my husband and I want to transfer our title from joint tenants to tenants in common.

Originally I thought I only had to complete Form SEV, as we are both in agreement, but after reading posts on-line, I am not sure if I need to complete both Form RX1 and SEV?  Could you please let me know which forms I need to submit.

Also, can you please confirm the fee as on Form SEV it states that no fee is currently payable for a transfer of title to tenants in common.  Is this correct?

G M Yvonne - there's no transfer involved as you are essentially applying to register what is known as a form A restriction
And it's either a form SEV or a form RX1 you would use, not both. And if you are both in agreement then a from SEV completed and signed by you both would be sufficient. No fee
