Hi, Can anyone help, I need to fill in the AP1 and its very confusing. Basically, we purchased a property last year and have now converted it onto 4 new flats. Therefore the address has changed and we have 4 new addresses. I have already notified the local council and have a notice of street naming and numbering, The addresses are also activated by Royal Mail.   What sections of the AP1 do i need to complete? Anyone know. Thanks in advance

Hi Ann Marie - panels 1-7 inc and 15. 
Submit the completed form AP1 plus a copy of the letter from the Local Authority

Thanks Adam, The AP1 is confusing me though, do I need to fill our the Confirmation of Identity section etc if its just for a change of address details

Ann Marie - no. Just panels 1-7 inc and 15. You can leave the others blank as you are applying to update the property description
