Morning, please could you give me an update on the expedition of R556QKV as to whether it's been accepted/ with a case worker please as looking to complete house sale 19th june. Thank you

Morning Mandy - submitted yesterday and expedited. this morning. Not yet picked up by a caseworker but that will happen as soon as possible.

Mandy - it's bene partially processed but we have to contact the named restrictioner to confirm all ok to remove the restriction. They are given time (end of month) to respond. I would recommend that you speak to your conveyancer to ascertain what can be done to try and encourage a positive response

Thank you, i have just spoken to the IVA company creditfix who took over the IVA from debt support centre. They have asked will you be sending a B21 form to them as they are keen to support this ASAP so we can look to complete the same on 19th June. If this isn't the case please can you explain what creditfix need to do. Thank you

Mandy - we serve notice on them by post using the address information from both the register and the application form. Once received they respond as directed.

Sorry Just to clarify has this been sent by post today? The address on the application form is that the people who made application for RX4 form? Just aware time is of the essence for completion. Thank you

I have been advised today that a consent letter has been sent to land registry and it has been accepted

Mandy - we have received a partial response but require more. The casework team have gone back to the sender to explain what is still required.
