Removal of Matrimonial Home Right

Hi there,

I would really like some help with trying to find out if my ex-husband has submitted an application to the Land Registry to remove his matrimonial home right from my property. 
I have a court order stating he has to do so, the application of removal should have been submitted on 20th December 2024. I haven’t had any correspondence from HM Land Registry which has made me question if the submission has happened. 
Please can someone guide me or check to see if the application has been submitted and if so on what date.

Hi there,

I still haven’t had any correspondence from Land Registry regarding the removal of a claim on my home. 
It has been over 6 months. Is this normal? Can anyone shed any light on whether the process has started or been completed.
