filling in form RX1 for a restriction not to sell without our permission

Hi ,&#160;<br> We need to fill in a form RX1 for the following reason&#160;<br> The house was my mothers house, my brother manipulated her to put the house in his name without informing me and my siblings . 2 of us would like to put a restriction on the house that he cannot sell it without our permission .
