Hi ,
We need to fill in a form RX1 for the following reason
The house was my mothers house, my brother manipulated her to put the house in his name without informing me and my siblings . 2 of us would like to put a restriction on the house that he cannot sell it without our permission . In the background we would like to settle this as a family but this is to protect our legal inheritance interest and right in the property So he cannot sell it.

Can you please advise us how to fill in this form step by step ( each panel )
can you advise is there a fee payable
thank you

Hi Tehmina - We cannot tell you what to write on the form as that would be seen as providing legal advice and going beyond HM Land Registry's remit.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;">Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property. There can be significant consequences for any error. Please consider seeking legal representation.
