HR1 form

Hi 
Do I need a solicitor to help fill out the form HR1? If I fill out the form incorrectly, how will I be notified? Can I provide an email address only?
Which fees do I pay?
Questions 1 - 5 I can answer easily, but questions 6 - 11 I would like more clarification. 
Is there a telephone number I can call? 

 
 

Hi D P - you will get an acknowledgement of receipt of your form HR1 once submitted by post
If there is anything 'wrong' then we would contact you once processing had started
If you put just an email address we will email you as appropriate but you won't get an acknowledgement if only an email address is provided
There is no fee
Panel 6 - complete your details so we know who is submitting the application and how we can contact you if we need to
Panel 7 - add up to 3 addresses, inc an email address, so that if we need to notify you of any other application we can do so
Panel 8 - enter the full name of the partner/spouse. That would be the registered owner normally
Panel 9 - complete as appropriate based on your knowledge of what the partner/spouse owns and if you have lodged a form HR1 against another property for example
Panel 10 - presumably you would know if you have been to court and an order as stated issued
Panel 11 - that's a statement of fact so nothing for you to add
