What Forms to transfer part of a registered title

Hi, a friend wants to transfer part of his registered title to myself, I believe we need to complete the following forms ..

OC1 - An official copy to highlight on the plan the part of the title
TP1 - to transfer part of that title as highlighted on the official copy received above

Is that it plus fees or in addition to this are the following required

ID1 does the transferor need to prove identity ?
AP1 does the transferee need to request a change on the register or will this be automatically done from TP1 above?

Form OC1 is used to apply for an official copy of the registered information as part of the conveyancing process. The aim is to confirm the registered information such as who owns it and what they own
TP1 is the legal deed, the transfer, by which the registered owner can transfer part of the title for example a part of their garden/land. The Transfer will need to include a suitable plan as appropriate and is not linked to form OC1 or that process
Form AP1 is required as it is the application form needed to apply to register your TP1
Evidence of identity is required for both of you if the value of the land is more than £6K
