PN1

I am a British citizen living outside the UK. I need to submit a Search Request – Index of Proprietors’ Names, in order to ascertain whether any property is registered under an individual’s name in England and Wales. I have the completed the PN1 form and is ready for submission. As I am a member of the general public, I understand that I am not permitted to hold a business account in order to submit such requests through the HM Land Registry e-services platform. While I understand that submission by post is possible, this method would unfortunately take too long for my present purposes and the timeframe within which I require a response. I have contacted over 20 conveyancing solicitors and only half of them replied, all of them stating that they do not handle this type of work. Is there another way to submit this request? Thank you.
