Sorry but I couldn't find the same situation as me:

I want to transfer my whole leasehold property (without mortgage) to my wife. The property is under my name only now, but I want the property to be under my wife only.

I'm filling AP1 form now but having the following two questions:

==
1. in panel 4, If I'm using postal order, shall I check "cheque made payable to 'Land Registry'" or "direct debit, under an agreement with land registry". I assume I shall check "cheque made payable to 'Land Registry'", am I right?

2. in panels 6 and 7, who will be the applicant? me or my wife or both?
==

Thanks in advance

Yu Chen - no apology necessary
Cheque or postal order payable to HM Land Registry for the fee
Panel 6 is for the 'new' name to appear on the register - your wife
Panel 7 is for the details of whoever is actually submitting the application and with whom we will then communicate

Thank you.

If i'm the person who is actually submitting, then in panel 15, who will sign the "signature of applicant"? me or wife?

Yu Chen - you will as you are the one submitting the application
Form AP1 is the application form so can be completed by just you for example
