AP1 form fill-in questions

<p>Sorry but I couldn't find the same situation as me:</p> <p>I want to transfer my whole leasehold property (without mortgage) to my wife. The property is under my name only now, but I want the property to be&#160;under my wife only.&#160;<br> <br> I'm filling AP1 form now but having the following two&#160;questions:<br> <br> ==<br> 1. in panel 4, If I'm using postal order, shall I check &quot;cheque made payable to 'Land Registry'&quot; or &quot;direct debit, under an agreement with land registry&quot;. I assume I shall check&#160;&quot;cheque made payable to 'Land Registry'&quot;, am I right?<br> <br> 2. in panels 6 and 7, who will be the applicant? me or my wife or both?<br> ==<br> <br> Thanks in advance</p>
