AP1/ID1 form

Hi,

Just need to know if I would need 2 ID1 forms for 2 seperate AP1 forms concerning the same individual but for different properties. The reason for filling out the AP1 forms is to update a change of name via deed poll.

Or can I just send 1 ID1 form with the 2 AP1 forms?

Hi Joe - you can rely on one set of identity verification forms but they must be lodged with both applications as one package. And cross refer the two applications to highlight the shared ID forms also
