Certified copy documents (AP1 change of name)

I am completing an AP1 to register a change of name following marriage. I intend to enclose certified copies of the marriage certificate and statutory declaration of change of name.&#160;<br> <br> HMLR guidance on this application states that: &quot;You can certify a document yourself.&quot; Is this correct? IE will HMLR accept copy documents for this application which have been certified by the applicant and not an independent professional?<br> <br> Many thanks,<br> <br> Raphael A
