DIY conveyancing selling half share to sibling, what forms

We are selling half of an inherited house to a sibling who already owns the other half, and hoping to do the conveyancing ourselves to speed things up.
We have completed form TR1 and are obtaining the ID1 form this week. As a seller, do we also need to complete the AP1 form as we have had conflicting advice.
Are there any other forms we need to submit?
Thanks

Hi Les,
Without specifics it is impossible to see what entries are currently on the register and therefore what forms are required, however in general terms and based upon the information provided you will be required to submit the following forms AP1, TR1 and form ID1. You may also have to account for any restrictions or charges currently on the register.

Thanks for the info.
I should have said a solicitor is being used for the buying side (form AP1 would be their responsibility?)
However, we have decided to use a solicitor because selling to relatives is rapidly proving to be anything but straight forward!
Also, I was reluctant to post the property reference on a public forum but others do it. Is my concern misplaced?
Thanks
Les

Hi Les - Very sensible I would always recommend using legal representation when dealing property. Anyone can use our services to find a title number of any registered property, however, you are of course right to be cautious with your information.
