Death of Tenant in Common, Transfer of their title share to beneficiary Forms

Hi, A registered field is owned as tenants in common by four of our family in equal shares. One of the title tenants has died and we wish to transfer their part title to the benefiiary of their Will. What Forms do we require to change the register.  

Hi David - you can't transfer a share in itself so the whole legal ownership needs to be transferred. That means the three surviving owners would transfer the whole to themselves plus the beneficiary for example
