Help with TR1 form

On the form TR1, panel 12: Execution. It is expected to follow a set standard in wording. What are the correct wording to use for a house where both my parents (Joint owner of the house) have passed away and the house is being given to my daughter as part of their wishes?<br> <br> Many Thanks
