HR4 form recieved?

I just want confirmation that my notice to remove home rights has been received and how long it will take for it to be removed as I am in the process of selling the house.

Do you recommend me asking for it to be expedited? I don't want it to hold up the sale.

I sent it on the 13th March I would have thought you'd have received it by now?

Angeline - unfortunately nothing showing so I'd assume it's not been delivered. It can happen unfortunately so I'd recommend posting a fresh application

Ok great do I still need to send the hr4 off? As I need the blocked removed as soon as possible as it’s stopping us from remortgaging? 

Atalia - no as you are asking us to cancel your submitted HR1 form. Cancellation means the application stops and no entry is made on the register 

Ok great roughly how long does this process take so I can inform our solicitors? 

Atalia - normally within 24/48 hrs but very much down to the support team depending on resource
I would suggest that you simply inform them that you have asked us to cancel your application asap and that you will confirm once that has been done
