mortgage redemption

Hi, In regard to: Evidence of Identity in PG67 is usually required for all parties to the transaction unless they are represented by a conveyancer.
As I am not using a conveyancer, is the above form required for my mortgage lender: an established UK bank?
Do I have to ask them to provide it?
If not, shall I have to submit my ID1 form when all my personal details can be retrieved from my passport number?

If you are lodging the application you will need to complete the application form to indicate who is legally representlng the bank. They usually have in house legal teams and you don;t need form ID1/ID2 from them as a result
