AP1 - document certification

Hi, I would like to update my name on the Land Registry due to a name change using a Deed Poll.  I am not using a conveyancer and will be submitting the application myself.  I have ID1 and ID5 ready.  Please may I confirm if I could certify the supporting documents (deed poll, old and new passports showing name change) myself or do I have to get some professionals to do it.  If I need to have the documents certified by professionals, please may I ask who could certify them for me.  Many thanks.
