<span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:107%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">I am going through two applications in sequence.</span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:107%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Step 1 ; Registering an Inherited Ownership</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:107%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">and then:</span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:107%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Step 2 ; Transfer Legal Ownership to New Owners</span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:107%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">The parties (3) all need an ID1 form.<br> <br> Do we need to apply for a separate ID1 form for each step or can we use the same one for both steps ( providing it's within 3 months)<br> For the above example, can we get two copies, either physical or digital?<br> <br> Thank you, Mark</span></span></span>

Mark - you'll need to submit all applications and the relied upon ID confirmations at the same time and cross-refer as appropriate&nbsp;<br> Do check and confirm if you need to complete two separate Transfers in sequence as that may not always be the case when dealing with a property where the owner has died<br> Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property.
