SIM search

I believe a sim search is completed electronically on the portal. Is this the case for first registration or do paper plans have to be submitted? How long does the sim search take once submitted? Thanks

Paula - SIM searches can be submitted through the portal by business e-services users and the results, once manually processed, sent back through the same secure channel. Applications for first registration are submitted by post. I suspect you are not a professional cusotmer and therefore don;t use our business e-services. If so th epostal option should be used. A SIM is generally processed within 48/72 hrs of receipt
