ID3 Form verification

Hi. We need to complete an ID3 form for a property transfer. Our accountant is registered with HMRC and holds a practice licence from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Are her qualifications sufficient to be a verifier?

Hi Andrew - a certified accountant would be one affiliated to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Ok thanks. And does it have to be a serving MP? We know one who left the house in July...
