Get a copy of TP1

Hi 

I would like to get a official copy of TP1 for my property.  I understand that I can get it by submitting a OC2 form.  However, I would like to seek the advice on how to fill in the "Nature of document".  What should I fill in if I would like to request for the TP1 document ? Just "TP1" or  any other official name ?  Thanks !
