RX3 form Question 7

I am completing an RX3 form following the death of my father. His house was owned as tenants in common with my mother who now inherits his half of the house.

When the house was purchased it was purchased as Tenants in common, is this the date the restriction would have been registered or would it be the date the title deed was registered, as this took several months to do.
