Alteration to remove a superfluous entry

Hi I would like to apply to remove a superfluous entry from a register as per paragraph 2.4 of practice guide 83. I cannot see an option on the DRS. Could you please let me know how to apply? Many thanks Jess

Hi Jessica - there's nothing specific in DRS for such an application/request. You can apply using form AP1 or using the contact form as you wish
