Property transfer from probate to another person

Hello.&#160;<br> My mother died and has left her property to my father.&#160; He wishes to gift this to my brother.&#160; I understand AS1 and AP1 forms need to be completed to change the title deed to my father.&#160; Can we also submit the TR1 to transfer to my brother at the same time?&#160;&#160;<br> Many thanks<br> Sharon

Hello Sharon - it's not always necessary to do the first and then the second. You may be able to go straight to the Transfer if everyone agrees<br> I assume your late Mother was the sole legal owner of the property. Probate has bene granted.
