AP1 Change of name after marriage

Hello

Updating the register now that my wife has taken my surname. Do we need to make reference to both of us under any sections, or just her new name throughout?

Property is currently registered in my name and her maiden name, so just need to change her name.

Hello Daniel - If it is only your wife's name that is changing then you do not need to include your name on the form, provided the application is being sent (Panel 7 of form AP1) by your wife.
