Hi,

I have got a surveyor to draw the plan for the sale of a small parcel of my neighbours land. He has given me two plans,
  1. The title plan for the new split parcel of land
  2. The redefined plan of the existing title of which (1) came from
Do i include both 1 and 2 in the TP1 application? or do i only include the new split title plan (1)?

Rhys - whilst a TP1 can have more than one plan please have a read of our PG 40 sup 2 section 5 for guidance on what constitutes a suitable plan for a transfer of part.
